Jammin’ out to some Iron & Wine and Avett Bro’s while writing a lab report on PCP.
So bored. Not looking forward to being stuck in lab 4-8:30 then in the library until 2.
They say the will to prepare is more important then the will to win. So I shall be in the library preparing for this next barrage of tests.

Making olive oil covered toasted slices of french bread with tomato, basil leaves, and mozzarella on top.
Aiming for another 2 week or so sober spell before raging to Lotus on the 10th. Got so much school work to do gotta get on that grind again.
Gotta learn bacterial metabolic pathways, enzyme kinetics, do another lab report on GAPDH gene sequencing, learn pretty much all of economic botany, and then stay on the gym routine.
Can’t wait for this Lotus show and then camping/hiking with some...
I’m really looking forward to moving back to Pittsburgh after I finish up this schooling.

Killed it at the gym today. Feelin’ like a boss. 45 min on the bike at a steady 20 mph, rowing machine for 2500 meters, ran 2 miles. Then an upper body weight work out. ‘Bout to cook up this strip steak, with a side cauliflower and green beans. Scarf that down while enjoy a glass of wine and watching physics documentaries.
My Sperry’s are killin’ me. I got em size 14 but not narrow so I’m sliding all over the place by the heel. Got a blister in the making for sure.
Gunna switch into my gym shoes F this noise.
Of course when I’m in class my dash turns straight into scrotums.
